Five Exciting Reasons to Attend NAFOA's 34th Annual Conference!

Engage with the Experts

NAFOA brings together tribal leaders, finance industry professionals, advocates, and representatives from the U.S. government to discuss pressing economic issues in Indian Country. Join us in Phoenix to interact, discuss solutions, and address the challenges affecting Indian Country development.

Gain New Knowledge at Educational Sessions

Learn about best practices to promote economic growth. The 34th Annual Conference focuses on three major areas: Governance and Economic Opportunities, Financial Management, and Capital and Asset Management. Proposed session topics include the Tribal Treasury Advisory Committee, building revenue from rights-of-way and land leasing, internal controls and technology, and socially responsible investing, among many others. Join any one of our many breakout sessions and discussions to advance your tribe.

Network with Key Contacts

Not only will you be able to meet the experts, but you will have the opportunity to expand your professional network and build valuable new relationships. Join us for our President's Reception on April 18 and our closing reception on April 19 at the Rawhide Wild West Town for amazing food, great music, and chance to catch up with old friends, or make new ones.

Earn CPE Credits

The 34th Annual Conference offers a minimum of 10 CPE credit opportunities. NAFOA is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy. Check with your other professional certification programs (CFA, CFP, PMP, ABA, etc.) for recognition of CPE credits earned at NAFOA's conference.

Enjoy the Tribal Resort

NAFOA's 34th Annual Conference will be held at the Sheraton Wild Horse Pass Resort & Spa owned by the Gila River Indian Community. Take time for yourself and enjoy any one of the onsite activities: play a round of golf at the Whirlwind Golf Club; visit Aji, a world-class spa offering a number of amenities; go horseback riding at the Koli Equestrian Center; or indulge yourself with Five Diamond/Five star cuisine at Kai.
