Hughes Hubbard Our Native American work for financial institutions includes the $230 million investment grade debt offering by the Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians, the $85.5 million bridge loan by two hedge funds to the Snoqualmie Tribe and the $200 million River Rock Entertainment Authority offering by the Dry Creek Rancheria Band of Pomo Indians, as well as the groundbreaking $150 million Chumash Casino and Resort Enterprise offering by the Santa Ynez Band of Mission Indians, the first high yield debt offering by a California tribe.
