Job Details
Summary of Position:
The Senior Vice President of Corporate Finance and Treasurer is
directly responsible for the corporate treasury function, investor relations
and corporate finance. The Sr. VP of Corporate Finance and Treasurer is
responsible for working closely with the CEO and Board of Directors on
strategic financial planning and strategy including financial forecasting
and capital structure issues. The Sr. VP of Corporate Finance and Treasurer
must be an established expert in capital debt markets, most importantly
publicly traded capital debt markets. He or she must be able to complete
detailed financial valuation analysis and remain abreast of the capital
markets for initial public offerings (IPO’s), secondary offering
and for merger and acquisitions opportunities. He or she must also have
strong knowledge of commercial bank lending requirements and the commercial
bank market.
