Native American Bank, N.A. is a high growth $100M financial services institution providing a wide range of banking services to the Native American communities throughout the United States. We are seeking the following three positions located in the Denver Corporate offices: Executive Vice President-Business Development/Lending.

We are seeking an EVP / Head of Lending with 5+ years experience in corporate finance, commercial lending, and business management. Prefer someone who has experience working in Indian Country. Knowledge of banking & underwriting is a plus. This person will be responsible for an inherited & maintenance of a commercial loan portfolio, manage dept managers, work with lending staff, and willing to travel. Chief Financial Officer
We have an immediate opening for a Chief Financial Officer. This individual will serve as a member of the senior management team, with primary responsibility for all financial reporting of the corporation. Drive the development and implementation of financial strategies that support the company\'s mission, goals, and objectives, while assuring safety and soundness of the bank. Position requires a Bachelors degree in accounting, finance or business related field. Master\'s degree and CPA designation preferred. 2008 Summer Internship
