We're Hiring: Policy Specialist & Financial Management Policy Specialist

Are you interested in working in Native American policy and wanting to help improve Indian Country? A position with the NAFOA team might be the right fit for you!

NAFOA is seeking qualified applicants for two positions within our policy team, a general Policy Specialist and a Financial Management Policy Specialist.

Policy Specialist Position Overview:

The Policy Specialist is responsible for researching and advising NAFOA on legislative policy matters impacting Indian Country including, but not limited to: tax, finance, investment, banking, infrastructure, and common sectors such as energy, gaming, and government contracting, as well as issues related to land use.

Financial Management Policy Specialist Overview:

The Financial Management Policy Specialist is responsible for maintaining knowledge and advising NAFOA on current accounting, investment, and economic development issues, policies having a potential impact on tribes, trends, theories, and research in financial management.
