Credentialed journalists are eligible for complimentary press registration at the Annual NAFOA Conference in the Spring and Fall Finance & Tribal Economies Conference. To request a press pass, kindly complete the form below.
Press passes are limited and exclusive to working journalists intending to cover the event and must be associated with publications operating independently from any commercial, political, government, or special interest. Public relations, sales, advertising, and similar roles are not eligible for complimentary press registration but are welcome to purchase one under the professional rate.
Deadline for Requests: Press passes with complimentary registration should be requested as soon as possible and no later than one week before the conference date.
Press pass requests will be processed in up to 7-10 business days. Expect delays closer to the Conference date. Upon approval, you will receive an email notification containing instructions for conference registration and other event details.
During the event, press badges can be collected at the registration desk. Press credentials are mandatory for access to general and breakout sessions.
Due to increasing attendance numbers, lunch is not included with the complimentary press registration. We recommend making alternative arrangements for your meal during the event.
Advanced permission is required for news cameras, podcast recordings, live streaming, etc., onsite during conferences. Broadcasting all or portions of conferences without prior approval from NAFOA are prohibited.
Video and audio recordings of general sessions are prohibited, and keynote speakers are generally unavailable for interviews. B-roll video of public areas of the conference and video interviews of NAFOA Board Members and/or staff may be available upon request.
All attendees may share conference highlights on social media platforms. While formal approval is not necessary for social media posts, please refrain from posting full recordings of sessions. Additionally, we kindly request sensitivity during prayers and/or other ceremonial moments.Â
Photography is generally allowed, provided that the intent has been expressed in the press pass request form. However, please note that photography is not permitted outside of designated meeting and event spaces. Additional photography restrictions, if any, will be detailed in the notice of acceptance email.
