Hosted by the Alliance for Tribal Clean Energy\, and in partnership with the Native American Finance Officers Association (NAFOA) and Natural Resource Defense Council (NRDC)\, they will explain the most significant changes to the renewable energy landscape brought on by the Budget Reconciliation bill (P.L. 119-21)\, as well as how recent guidance from the Department of Treasury impacts a project’s ability to qualify for clean energy tax credits for wind and solar projects. \n\n\n\nAttendees will hear from policy and tax experts who will provide insights into how these changes affect projects at all stages of development\, and ways to access additional information and support.
