Ms. Banks is Native American from the Navajo Tribe in Arizona. She joined Mutual of America in 2009 and holds FINRA Series 7 and 63 registrations along with state insurance licenses from all 50 states. She has achieved the designation of Chartered Retirement Plan Specialist and currently pursuing the Chartered Financial Consultant designation.

Cynthia’s is the national liaison for the relationships with our Tribal and Native American clients. Her role is to work with Tribes regarding their unique needs so that Mutual of America can continue to accommodate this important sector. Ms. Banks has developed a financial wellness curriculum for our Tribal clients and their communities.
