American Rescue Plan - Infrastructure Project Manager

The Walker River Paiute Tribe is seeking proposals from qualified individuals or firms to assist with the management of the Tribe’s COVID-19 related infrastructure and construction projects. The successful bidder will assist with the development of RFP's, project implementation and monitor the quality, cost and schedule of American Rescue Plan Act funded Projects on behalf of the Walker River Paiute Tribe. The ARPA Infrastructure Project Manager will coordinate with Tribal departments, directors, contractors and consultants to plan and coordinate ARPA projects approved by the Walker River Paiute Tribal Council. The anticipated contract period will be a two-year period beginning December 2021. The Project Manager contract will be funded through federal American Rescue Plan Act funding and must comply with all federal requirements.
