The Cage Manager is responsible for the overall effective and efficient management of the Cage Department operations at the property level.  Provides leadership to assigned staff, ensuring effective internal and external communications, exercising appropriate judgment and decision making skills, and ensuring that all departmental operations are monitored and conducted efficiently and effectively. 

Requires knowledge, skills, and experience in accurately handling various forms of cash transactions. Ability to balance a high volume of currency on a consistent basis. Must have knowledge of both Class II and Class III Table Game and E-Gaming operations and MICS as they apply to Oklahoma. Knowledge, skills, and experience in the hiring, training, scheduling, and supervision of staff, communications, decision-making, problem solving, complaint resolution, resource allocation, and customer service required. Requires knowledge of fiscal programming and budgeting processes necessary to manage and to ensure that budget constraints and program time-lines are met. 

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or substantially related area from a four-year college or university plus at least one (1) year of progressively responsible leadership experience; or five (5) years progressively responsible experience within specific area of responsibility; or three (3) years of supervisory experience within the casino gaming industry in an equivalent area of responsibility. Prior supervisory experience is required.
