The Director of Finance is responsible to ensure all financial related activities performed within the subsidiary are in accordance with TRMG’s business objectives, budget guidelines, safety standards, and follow GAAP and SOX practices and procedures as well as be a key driver of TRMG organization’s overall strategy.
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business management, or equivalent combination of education and experience. At least 8 years of finance experience. At least 6 years of finance leadership experience. Demonstrated business acumen in managing finance, accounting, budgeting, controls and reporting. Strong ability to weigh cost factors versus operational requirements. Strong analytic skills and ability to identify and drive profitability with business partners. Demonstrated experience executing strategic vision into an operational plan. Strong experience setting financial policy and direction based on guidance provided by a headquarters oversight function. Effectively communicate in English, both oral and written forms. Proficiency with MS Office Suite.
