Under the general supervision of the Chief Executive Officer, the General Manager is responsible to oversee all operational activities for Seven Clans Casinos, Thief River Falls.
Responsible for efficient and profitable operation of assigned departments including: games, personnel, and customer satisfaction of the Table Games, Slots, F & B, Hotel, Security and General Maintenance departments. Ensures accurate processing and recording of data in accordance with established policies and procedures. Oversees management, internal controls, policies and procedures; makes recommendations as appropriate and necessary. Coordinates with affected departments to ensure consistency and conformance is maintained. Analyzes current business plans, marketing, advertising, staffing and overall business operations to identify problems, ensure smooth operations and make recommendations for improvement.
Must have at least a two year vocational degree and extensive Casino Management experience with proficiency and effectiveness.< Back to Jobs
