Vice President of Compliance

Vice President of Compliance acts as liaison for the Board of Directors and regularly interfaces with the Gaming Commission to ensure that operations are conducted fairly, and in compliance with applicable laws. The VP of Compliance serves as a key leader on the Executive Leadership Team supporting operations and protection oversight for the Shakopee Mdewakanton Sioux Community Gaming Enterprise which includes Mystic Lake Casino Hotel and Little Six Casino (SMSC GE). As an integral member of the ELT, the VP of Compliance provides overall strategic leadership for all compliance, security, surveillance, internal audit, and access control activities for the Enterprise.
