Tribal Nations Health was formed to accept the challenge of making sure future generations of American Indian and Alaskan Native people have the protection of a healthcare system that meets their needs. These are rights guaranteed to them through federal government treaty promises and the subsequent legislative acts that have fallen miserably short of fulfilling those promises. It is a daunting task, and more of a walk than a sprint, but we stand arm in arm with our Indian Country communities believing the right to healthcare and personal dignity is a goal worth fighting for.
