2. Jobs Board and User Access

NAFOA’s Jobs Board is an exclusive feature available to registered users. Only one user per entity is preferred, but not required. If an employee leaves an organization, NAFOA cannot share that user’s information with the employer. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login information and must inform NAFOA of any unauthorized use of their account.

3. Fee-Based Services

NAFOA offers fee-based services, including Jobs Board postings, Institute Program Fees, Sponsorships, and related packages. Payments are processed through nafoa.org/shop and its subpages.

  • Refunds are available within 5 business days of submission for incorrect payments or if a job posting is not approved by NAFOA’s team.
  • For Institute Program Fees and Sponsorships, cancellation and refund policies may differ. Please review specific terms associated with those programs.

4. Privacy Policy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

5. Communication and Consent

By providing your email address through email subscriptions, webinar registrations, conference/event registrations, or program applications/registrations, you consent to receive communications from NAFOA related to these interactions and other relevant updates.
