Celina Phair is an enrolled member of the Lummi Nation and has been a regular attendee of NAFOA conferences since 2013. Her experience includes four years as the Treasurer of the Lummi Indian Business Council, Director of Economic Policy for the LIBC, and Controller and  Director of Finance for the Lummi Commercial Company. She earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Economics from Western Washington University. In her free time she likes to exercise, read, or spend time with loved ones.
