Dustin Chebon VanWinkle is an enrolled citizen of Thlopthlocco Tribal Town, Mvskoke (Creek) Nation. Dustin serves as the Business Manager and Corporate Relationships Specialist at NAFOA. As Business Manager, he is involved in the day-to-day operations bringing him in contact with all branches and employees at NAFOA. As Corporate Relationships Specialist, it allows him the opportunity to work with NAFOA’s corporate partners and be deeply involved in our bi-annual conferences. Dustin graduated from the University of Colorado at Boulder. He has previously worked in Indian Country as the Operations Manger at the Medical/Dental center at Sycuan which is a band of the Kumeyaah Nation in California. He is very happy to be working with Indian Country again and looks forward to making a difference for tribes and tribal governments with NAFOA.
