NAFOA is seeking proposals from practitioners in the field of tribal grants management to join our mission of growing the free video resource library Foundations of Grants Management for Tribes. Experienced professionals with expertise in grants management, including proposal writing, budgeting, reporting, and compliance, are encouraged to submit content proposals.
NAFOA’s short-form training focuses on introductory topics to help strengthen grant reporting. The self-guided format includes pre-recorded lectures and culturally competent discussions with learning objectives designed to support those serving tribal communities.
Deliverables:
- Video lessons between 10 minutes (minimum) to 22 minutes (maximum)
- Final videos must meet a minimum resolution of 360p and feature clear, uninterrupted sound. Zoom-recorded videos are acceptable for submission. Closed captioning is preferred but not required.
- Content creators are also responsible for providing 3 to 5 comprehension questions for each video option.
Compensation: $75.00 per video minute with a minimum 3-year license fee of $100.00 per year. For example, the total compensation for a ten-minute video is $750.00, and $300.00 for the license fee.

- Case study presentation
- General Lecture
