Deputy Secretary Michael Faulkender and Treasurer Brandon Beach of the United States Department of the Treasury hosted a roundtable in Boise Idaho with Tribal Leaders, Mashantucket Pequot Tribal Nation Chairman Rodney Butler, President of NAFOA, and Blackfeet Nation Councilman Mike Comes at Night to hear priorities on economic and tax matters. The purpose of the meeting was to continue building Treasury’s understanding of prioritizing Tribal requests within the Department’s jurisdiction.
